The one-litre jug features a strainer lid that will catch unwanted ingredients as you pour your meat juices and gravy into the jug. As the fat naturally rises to the top of the gravy, separate fat from the gravy by simply pressing the trigger on the handle and the gravy is released, leaving the fat behind.
